Free Returns: If for any reason you aren’t over the moon about your Serendib product, we’ll be happy to accept a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase—shipping is on us!. Simply email us at hello@serendibdesignco.com to initiate your return, and we will send you a prepaid label for your package. Your refund will be processed once the product arrives back to us.
We currently ship only within the United States and offer 3 shipping options via USPS for your convenience: First Class Mail (cheapest), Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express (fastest). Please note that First Class Mail does not provide a tracking number.
